These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 77sz ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 77sz platform — whether through a desktop browser, mobile browser, or any application — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately discontinue your use of the 77sz platform and close any account you may have registered. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated terms.

By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also confirm that you have read and understood the 77sz Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this Agreement and form part of the same legal framework governing your use of the platform.

Access to and use of the 77sz platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times you use the platform.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or proxy for any third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently banned from the 77sz platform.
• You are of sound mind and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.

To access the full range of services offered by 77sz, including the ability to deposit funds, place wagers, and claim bonuses, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to all registered accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 77sz platform. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identity — is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any balances held across those accounts.
• Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details. 77sz is not responsible for any consequences arising from inaccurate registration information provided by the user.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. 77sz will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone.
• Unauthorised Access: You must notify 77sz support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. 77sz accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the user has failed to maintain adequate security measures.
• KYC Verification: 77sz may require Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation at any point, including before processing withdrawals. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued photo identification.

Accounts that remain inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be subject to an inactivity fee as specified in our current fee schedule, or may be closed at the discretion of 77sz. Any remaining balance will be communicated to the registered email address prior to account closure.

77sz supports deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following verified payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is displayed within the platform cashier at the time of transaction. This amount is subject to change and will be communicated to users with reasonable notice.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed instantly. Bank transfer deposits via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your 77sz account balance.
• Withdrawal Processing: Approved withdrawals are processed within thirty (30) minutes to four (4) hours during standard operating hours, subject to completion of any pending KYC verification requirements.
• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.
• No Fees from 77sz: 77sz does not charge platform-side fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside 77sz's control.

From time to time, 77sz offers promotional bonuses, free spins, enhanced odds, and other incentives to eligible players. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions offered on the platform:

• All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated in the individual promotion's terms at the time the offer is presented.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per household, device, or IP address unless expressly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period specified for each promotion. Expired bonus funds will be forfeited without compensation.
• 77sz reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already opted in, any wagering already completed under that promotion will be honoured at the time of withdrawal.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers, including through collusion, arbitrage, or the use of multiple accounts, will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-derived winnings.

Specific wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry dates for each individual promotion are published on the relevant promotion page within the 77sz platform. Players are advised to review these specific terms before opting into any promotional offer.

All games and betting markets available on 77sz are governed by the specific rules published for each game or market within the platform interface. The following general gameplay terms apply across all products:

• All game outcomes on the 77sz platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that have been independently audited for fairness and unpredictability.
• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the system, it cannot be amended or cancelled by the player. It is the player's sole responsibility to verify all bet details before confirming a wager.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during an active game round, 77sz will investigate and resolve the matter in accordance with the applicable game rules. Where a definitive outcome cannot be determined, the wager may be voided and the stake returned to the player's account.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets. These limits are displayed within the game interface and are subject to change at the discretion of 77sz.
• For sports betting markets, including PSL cricket and international cricket, settlement will be based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. Bets on markets that are voided due to match cancellation, postponement, or abandonment will be settled as void and stakes returned, unless otherwise specified in the specific market rules.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77sz platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension and may result in permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering or operating more than one account on the platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform in any way not permitted by 77sz.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or sports integrity violation in connection with betting markets on the platform.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or system component of the platform.
• Using the platform for any money laundering activity or in contravention of any applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulation.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another individual at any stage of the account registration or verification process.
• Engaging in any behaviour intended to harass, threaten, or abuse 77sz support staff or other users of the platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the 77sz platform software or infrastructure.

All content on the 77sz platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, and video elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of 77sz or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the 77sz platform without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on any 77sz content or software.
• Use the 77sz brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that suggests affiliation with or endorsement by 77sz without explicit written authorisation.
• Scrape, index, or systematically extract data from the platform for any commercial purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 77sz and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if 77sz has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Interruptions to platform availability caused by maintenance, technical failures, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond 77sz's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Any reliance placed by you on the accuracy or completeness of any information published on the platform.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, the total aggregate liability of 77sz to you for any single claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your 77sz account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The collection, storage, and processing of your personal data by 77sz is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, 77sz collects personal data necessary to operate the platform, verify your identity, process transactions, and comply with applicable legal obligations including AML and KYC requirements. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We implement industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure.

77sz is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming across all aspects of the platform. Gaming on 77sz should always be a form of entertainment and never a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

• Self-Exclusion: Any player may request a self-exclusion period of between 30 days and permanent exclusion at any time. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and take immediate effect on all 77sz products. Once a self-exclusion is active, it cannot be reversed before the chosen exclusion period has expired.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account dashboard. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.

• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity, security, or reputation of the 77sz platform.
• We are required to do so by a competent legal authority or regulatory body.

You may close your 77sz account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure at your request, any remaining verified balance in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of all outstanding KYC requirements and provided no active bonuses with unmet wagering requirements are attached to the balance.

77sz reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made to this Agreement, we will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform at the time of login.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the 77sz platform following the publication of updated Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and may close your account as described in Section 12.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which 77sz holds its international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may escalate the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable regulatory authority. Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from this Agreement without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
